Dry Aged Meats

 Simply Meats is the only place in town that offers dry-aged meats.  Dry aging is when the beef is aged for 7 to 21 days in a dry cooler.  This process allows the meat to form a crust on the outside of the loin and to absorb the juices.  When the aging is complete, the crust is trimmed away, leaving steaks that are superior in tenderness and flavor.  Dry aged meats are usually only found in the finest restaurants and upscale grocery stores, but we offer it here at Simply Meats for only $14.99 a pound!
